I emailed you earlier regarding your question! It looks like you are working from an NLE system for editing purposes..
Now! if your NLE is connected to a TV for viewing purposes and you dont need to render to view it real time, when you render from AE in matrox codecs that your card supports!
infact after effects should give you those codec options cos when you installed your card it installs its codecs as well but if you are not happy with matrox quality then go for uncompressed AVI or Quicktime as it is the best quality!!
but you cant view it on your monitor unless you render in matrox codec! but uncompressed file size is huge..
for 30 sec Pal 720x576 will result into atleast a gig...
when I was working for TV channels I always rendered uncompressed! then the NLE department used to convert it according to their NLE system to view it real time but for tiles and stuff they did uncompresssed too! hope you understand or probably someone else here could answer as well!

Hi there i have spend most of today around 7 hours trying to make a seamless loop! actually this has been going on for months and months now trying different tutorials and just now getting any were.
